The aim of our management is to create the best possible conditions for everyone involved in the project and for the environment. To ensure this and to optimally coordinate all processes, we rely on ongoing communication between all parties involved. This requires clear responsibilities, efficient structures and responsible, entrepreneurial thinking on the part of all employees. Our management team therefore encourages all PORR employees to get involved and actively shape the company and our projects.
