Statements of performance

The EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR), which has been in force since 1 July 2013, sets out the conditions for the marketing of construction products: these include a declaration of performance and CE marking.

The declaration of performance documents the essential properties and characteristics of all construction products for which harmonised technical specifications already exist within the EU. It thus guarantees the properties of construction products to customers. Since 2013, declarations of performance have replaced the declarations of conformity previously in use.

With the CE marking, PORR environmental engineering, as the manufacturer, assumes responsibility for the declared performance and guarantees compliance with all applicable obligations and requirements under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).
